Shooting boats

We've just spent the last two weeks photographing and making videos of several boats for our client Boating NZ magazine. The shoots took us from the Bay of Islands in the north to Lake Taupo in the south. Lake Taupo really turned it on for us with a stunningly beautiful day. Lake Taupo is reknown for its Trout fishing and one of the guys onboard had a quick cast but to no avail. The boat pictured will be kept at Ngawi on the Wairarapa Coast where they use bulldozers to haul the boats out of the water onto a rocky beach. Only bummer was there no snow on the mountains yet.
